About Us:
ACR Counseling LLC is a dedicated mental health service provider, committed to offering top-notch outpatient therapy through our virtual telehealth program. We strive to create a supportive and flexible work environment for our clinicians, enabling them to provide exceptional care to our clients.
We are seeking part-time clinicians to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing you to work any days and times that align with your independent availability. Ideal candidates will have independent licensure and a strong background in outpatient therapy delivered through telehealth.
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will…
• Provide outpatient therapy to clients via a virtual telehealth platform
• Manage a caseload of 5+ clients per week
• Work independently to deliver high-quality mental health services
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client sessions and progress
Qualifications:
ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY
• Independent licensure to render clinical counseling services (LMHC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LPC)
* If not licensed, must be eligible to become licensed or working towards it
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and successfully pass said background check
• Ability to manage schedule independently and possess a high level of personal and professional organizational skills
• Superior communication skills and an ability to advocate for one’s self within the clinic to ensure their needs are heard
•Applicants MUST reside in Massachusetts Or Rhode Island
HIGHLY DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan and competency with LGBTQ+ populations
• Ability to commit to consistent schedule as agreed on by the clinician and the clinic
• Foreign language skills, especially Spanish
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain professional licensure and adhere to the ethical standards of the clinician’s relevant professional organization
• Maintain and provide proof of malpractice insurance
• Diagnose mental health disorders, create relevant and effective treatment plans, and execute said plans through individual, group, and family therapy sessions at a frequency agreed upon by the clinician and the clinic
• Maintain accurate, honest, and professional notes and treatment plans and agree to regular documentation audits
• Attend weekly team meetings

Terms of Employment:
Employment is considered at-will and ACR Counseling LLC reserves the right to terminate any employee for any legal reason. New employees will begin with a 90 probation period at an introductory pay rate, after which the clinician and the clinic can agree to further employment at a higher rate of pay if appropriate.
