Once you have decided you would like to begin therapy we recommend you contact our office to complete a referral and discuss questions. The referral process takes approximately 15 minutes. During this conversation our office manager will inquire regarding demographic information, reason for referral, availability, review the telehealth platform, and provide you with your intake appointment information.
The Intake Appointment

Each intake appointment is 60 minutes and we require clients to complete the initial paperwork prior to their scheduled appointment. Payment for the appointment will occur at the beginning of each appointment and will be processed electronically through the secure telehealth platform. In the intake you and your therapist will begin to build a therapeutic relationship, while they ask you additional background information.
