Payment is due at time of service. We are also able to provide superbills or monthly statements for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Sliding Scale: We offer reduced fees on a limited basis,

Cancellation policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours prior
to your scheduled appointment if you are unable
to make it, otherwise, a fee of $75 will automatically
be charged to the card on file. All no-shows to your scheduled
