Alyia is a clinician with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of New Haven. With five years of experience, she supports clients through a humanistic and holistic lens, working to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can express themselves freely—without the pressure to mask or hold back. Her clinical focus includes anxiety and mood disorders, trauma processing, and identity development.

Alyia integrates grounding techniques, emotional safety, and supportive language to help clients connect with their vulnerability and begin the healing process. She is committed to fostering a therapeutic space that honors each client’s unique experience and encourages growth through authenticity and self-exploration.
