Finding the right fit matters, and it’s okay if you’re not 100% sure yet. Many of our clients come to us feeling unsure — that’s part of the process. We offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a sense of your therapist’s style, ask questions, and see how it feels before committing to a full session.
Getting started is simple. You can reach out through our website or contact us directly, and we’ll help match you with a clinician based on your needs, preferences, and availability. From there, you can schedule either a consultation or your first session (intake), and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
A consultation is a brief, informal call where you can ask questions, get a sense of the clinician's style, and see if it feels like a good fit. There's no pressure—just a chance to connect.
An intake is your first full session. This is where we begin to gently explore what's bringing you in, your background, and what you're hoping to work on. It's a bit more structured, but still a supportive, conversational space.
Yes — if you already have someone in mind, we’ll do our best to schedule you with them. If you’re not sure, we’re happy to recommend a clinician based on what you’re looking for. If availability is limited, we’ll help find the closest possible match.
That’s completely okay — you don’t need to have it all figured out before starting therapy. Many people come in with a general sense that something feels off or overwhelming, and we can help you sort through that together.
Before your intake, we'll send you a few forms through our secure client portal. These typically include:
• Basic contact and demographic information
• Insurance details (if applicable)
• Consent forms and practice policies
• A brief overview of your history and what you're looking for support with
We ask that these are completed 48 hours before your session so your clinician can review them ahead of time and make the most of your time together.
