Starting therapy can feel like a big step. We try to make the process as simple and low-stress as possible.

The easiest way to get started is by filling out our intake form — it takes about 15 minutes, and from there, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Rates & Fees

Cost for Sessions

Intake sessions: $150
Ongoing sessions: $125
Payment will be charged following business day

We can also provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Sliding Scale

Access to specialized care is a core value. We offer a limited number of sliding scale slots based on financial necessity and current slot availability. Please mention your interest during the intake process.

Cancelation Policy

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Sessions cancelled late or missed without any contact will result in a $75 charge to cover the reserved time.
