Attendance & Inactivity Policy
To support continuity of care and ensure availability for all clients, we maintain an active attendance policy.
If more than 30 days have passed since a client’s last session and there has been no communication regarding scheduling, the client’s case may be marked inactive. At that time, a notification will be sent via email. If no response is received within one week of that notice, the case will be administratively closed.
Clients who have been inactive are always welcome to return to services. However, depending on the length of time since their last session, a new intake appointment and/or updated documentation may be required prior to resuming care. Please note that while we will do our best to reconnect you with your previous clinician, we cannot guarantee their availability, and you may be scheduled with a different clinician.
If you anticipate a break in services, we ask that you notify our office in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements and keep your case active when possible.
