Brittany is a clinician and 200-hr RYT with a Master’s in Psychology and over 10 years of experience supporting children, young adults, and families in a variety of settings. She has extensive experience working with neurodivergent clients, mood disorders, and life transitions. While she has a special focus on children and young adults, Brittany welcomes clients at all life stages.

Her style is casual, compassionate, and trauma-informed, integrating Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Brittany is especially passionate about supporting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), the LGBTQIA+ community, and those experiencing racial trauma, while providing inclusive and affirming care to all. She strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
